Fresh Milk
Whole milk, chilled within the hour and bottled unhomogenised the way our grandparents drank it.
Cultured Milk (Mtindi)
Slow-fermented using a live culture passed down through three generations of the founding family.
Plain & Fruit Yogurt
Thick-set yogurt, plain or folded with passion fruit and mango grown two valleys over.
Farmhouse Cheese
A firm, mild table cheese, pressed in small wheels and aged in our cool store for three weeks.
Cultured Butter
Hand-churned from cultured cream, lightly salted with rock salt from the Iringa market.
Dairy Ice Cream
Made in small batches from our own cream — vanilla bean, honey, and seasonal fruit flavours.

Four steps, every single batch.
Nothing about our process is rushed. It's the same sequence whether it's a quiet Tuesday or the busiest market morning — because consistency is the only way milk stays trustworthy.

Herds are milked by hand and machine at first light, in the cool of the highland morning.
Chilling
Milk is chilled to 4°C within the hour to lock in freshness before it ever leaves the parlour.
Processing
Batches are pasteurised, cultured or churned in our Mangalali dairy, depending on the product.
Bottling
Bottled, labelled and loaded the same morning for delivery across Iringa town.
